四 | 重庆警方的通报中提到，2024年12月2日，彭某跟团到吉林市旅游。12月3日，旅行团在导游带领下到丰满区小雾淞岛景区游玩。8时许，彭某站在景区路边换手套，一辆载有游客的狗拉爬犁经过彭某身旁时，彭某倒地，带团导游拨打120求助，经营该狗拉爬犁的李某对彭某受伤表示歉意，声称愿意负责。就引发热议的“老人救助游客反遭诬陷”之说，通报中称，该局民警赴外省找到当时乘坐李某所牵狗拉爬犁的游客夫妇了解情况，二人均明确表示，李某牵着他们乘坐的狗拉爬犁行进时，爬犁右边钢管碰到路边女士腿部致其倒地。综合多地调查情况初步查明，彭某、雷某不存在网传的“诬陷”情况。目前，该局正在进一步协同吉林市公安机关依法调查。
